The Private Strategy Consultation is a focused session designed to assess asset complexity, identify financial risk areas, and determine whether a full advisory engagement is appropriate.
This is not a general information call.
Prior to the meeting, you will complete a confidential intake outlining assets, income structure, and current litigation stage. During our session, we will review preliminary strategy considerations and discuss next steps.
Due to capacity constraints, advisory engagements are selective.

Each engagement is structured around three phases:
Foundation & Financial Clarity
Comprehensive financial snapshot, asset inventory, cash flow analysis, and risk identification.
Strategic Modeling & Settlement Analysis
Scenario modeling of proposed settlement structures, tax impact analysis, executive compensation review, marital home evaluation, liquidity forecasting, and long-term projections.
Post-Judgment Execution & Wealth Strategy
Settlement implementation oversight, QDRO coordination, asset retitling guidance, portfolio reconstruction, and ongoing strategic advisory.
Engagements are customized based on asset complexity and litigation posture.
Meet the Founder
Steph Morawski is a Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®), attorney, and financial advisor specializing in complex divorce matters.
Her work focuses on settlement modeling, asset division strategy, executive compensation analysis, and post-judgment wealth structuring. She collaborates closely with legal counsel to evaluate financial outcomes before settlement terms are finalized.
Steph works with a limited number of advisory clients at any given time, prioritizing discretion, rigor, and long-range financial clarity.
She is based in Michigan and works with clients nationally.
